You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 30 days after the day on which you receive the goods. If the end of the period falls on an officially recognised public holiday in the relevant country, the right of withdrawal may be exercised until the end of the following working day, inclusive.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — SIA “OC VISION”, Ulbrokas iela 34, Riga, LV-1021, tel. +371 20229944, email: info@lensor.eu — of your decision to withdraw from the concluded contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form indicated above, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the relevant goods, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You must send back or hand over the goods to SIA “OC VISION” without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. For inspection purposes, the goods may only be handled to the extent that would be permitted in a shop.
