How to place a glasses order?
The glasses purchasing process is very simple – follow these steps and soon you will have new glasses!
1.Choose the glasses frame you like
2. Pay attention to frame parameters and sizes. If you know the parameters of your current glasses (usually printed inside the temples), they are easy to assess using the frame fitting guidelines. Don’t forget to use the virtual try-on!
3. If you want to purchase frames only, click “add to cart”
4. If you want to order prescription glasses, click “choose lenses”
5. Choose the lens type that suits you – you can learn everything about lenses and additional features here
6. Enter your prescription parameters. Pay attention to all values or upload a photo of your prescription. If you have questions, see the section
8. Choose lenses by the degree of thinning and additional features. Learn more here.
When ready to place your order, review the “cart,” where all selected items will be displayed. Double-check that all parameters are correct and the prescription is filled in properly.
That’s all! When your glasses are ready, you will receive them at the selected parcel locker.
