acunis® 25 XL filter glasses are designed to improve visual comfort for people experiencing sensitivity to light, glare and reflections, including migraine-related light sensitivity.
The specialised acunis® lenses particularly reduce light around the 484 nm wavelength range, which may be perceived as especially uncomfortable by people with migraine.
This model features a 25% tint and 75% light transmission. The lenses help reduce uncomfortable glare and reflections, improve contrast perception and provide UV protection.
The XL over-glasses design can be worn over prescription glasses. A wide upper rim and broad temples with side sections provide additional protection from disturbing light entering from above and from the sides.
The glasses belong to filter category 1 and are suitable for daytime driving according to DIN EN ISO 12312-1, but are not suitable for night driving.
