Over the years, vision becomes less clear. Even in good lighting, it is difficult to see small objects or letters – as if through a fog. Glasses do not always help because, with age, the eye lens loses transparency and retinal photoreceptors perish. The eyes are affected by harmful environmental factors, especially ultraviolet light.

Exposure to ultraviolet light creates free radicals that can cause oxidative damage to various eye structures. This is particularly noticeable in the lens and retina. Under the influence of free radicals, blood microcirculation can be disturbed, reducing the supply of nutrients to the photoreceptors and the lens.

OCUTEIN KRISTAL contains four active complexes.VISION complex:

• Lutein and zeaxanthin – carotenoids that absorb UV and blue light, which is harmful to the eye's photoreceptors. The composition of OCUTEIN KRISTAL is supplemented with a particularly high dose of lutein – as much as 40 mg.

• Vitamin A is especially important for our vision. Our body converts it into a substance responsible for transforming light into electrical impulses that travel from the eyes to the brain.

• Zinc and blueberries help maintain normal vision.

KRISTAL complex:

• Collagen is a particularly important component of our eyes, being part of the lens capsule, retinal blood vessels, and the vitreous body. Thanks to the collagen in the retinal blood vessels, the vessels are elastic, less brittle, and perform their functions correctly – supplying photoreceptors with lutein.

• Manganese is an important antioxidant and promotes the formation of connective tissue in the eye lens capsule. Together with copper, it promotes the normal formation of connective tissue and cell protection against oxidative stress.

• Blueberries help maintain normal collagen levels in the eyes.

MICROCIRCULATION complex:

• Ginkgo biloba helps maintain peripheral blood circulation, which is particularly beneficial for vision and hearing, and can help maintain proper blood flow in the brain for older adults.

• Blueberries help maintain normal collagen levels, thus participating in the maintenance of normal vision.

• Vitamin C helps with normal collagen formation, which is necessary for normal blood vessel function.

ANTIOXIDANT complex:

• Selenium, copper, zinc, vitamins C and E promote cell protection against oxidative stress by neutralizing free radicals and allowing the retina and lens to protect themselves from damage.

• Alpha-lipoic acid as a coenzyme participates in as many as five enzyme cycles that provide our body with energy.

Usage 1 capsule per day before or after a meal, with a sufficient amount of liquid.
